In each episode, the magazine show, YOUROPE addresses a current, socio-political phenomenon. This phenomenon is examined in up to five classic reportages from various countries in Europe.
Along with video statements sent to the presenter, there is also a range of interactive explanatory elements. The show looks at the world through the eyes of globally-thinking, digitally-connected
Europeans. Having grown up with Easy Jet, Youtube and Facebook, the young generation of Europeans are closer to their neighbors than ever before. YOUROPE asks them for their perceptions and perspectives, thereby exploring modern Europe. Where will the points be set for the future, what does political engagement actually mean– and where is it happening? What does the new working world look like? How emancipated are Europe’s women? All these and similar questions are answered in fortnightly episodes.
